Why Vanderbilt:
I felt like Vanderbilt gave me the best chance to grow both academically and socially. Its location in Nashville and perfect size were also major draws.
Likes best about Vanderbilt Engineering:
The curriculum allows students to take a number of courses outside the engineering field and explore other interests. The faculty is always willing to help, and many of them have good connections in the engineering industry.
Likes best about Vanderbilt Chemical Engineering?
Class sizes are perfect, and the faculty is very knowledgeable and helpful. The attitude among students is one of cooperation, not competition.
Likes best about Nashville?
Nashville has a large variety of things to do, both around campus and downtown. Also, the weather is great for most of the school year.
What do you expect to do after graduation?
I am undecided at this point, but I will most likely want to get to job out of college as opposed to going to graduate school.
